Ginger Hall:
Meet Ginger Hall. Ginger grew up being called "skinny". At
5'-11" she didn't start "filling out" until after high school. At age 27,
when the scale reached 187 pounds, Ginger "filled out" more than she wanted.
Ginger's fitness wake up call came with a proposal for marriage.
"I wanted to get to a smaller size for the wedding and wear a bikini and
look good on our honeymoon in Mexico." So Ginger started her first diet. One month
later she hired Bill Pec as her personal trainer.
"Bill Pec was great. He'd sometimes call me twice a day to see if I'm
eating well and exercising. I am much more centered and know exactly what I'm doing."
Sure enough in just seven months Ginger lost nearly 45 pounds, averaging six
pounds a month. She says she has more energy and confidence, plus her back doesn't hurt
anymore at work.
"I knew I could do it. And now that I've seen the changes I'm not going
back."
