Cherie had been tired of being tired and decided to do something
about it. She found that trying to workout by herself she just didn't have the motivation
to keep on a serious regimen. She decided to seek out some real fitness expertise. After
trying several local, corporate fitness gyms Cherie decided to try Bill Pec Fitness. After
her analysis Bill helped keep Cherie on a tailored workout routine strengthened by
encouraging support and a comfortable environment. Now Cherie is 45 pounds lighter and
does cardiovascular workouts 3-5 times a week. She still has workouts 5 times a week as
well.
